RESIN PRO will make every effort to ensure your purchases are delivered in the shortest possible time and in the order in which they were placed. The goal of RESIN PRO is to deliver the products from 3-5 business days to United Kingdom (3-6 business days to other countries) after order confirmation. Although our aim is to deliver within the specified time range, delivery might require more time due to unforeseeable circumstances.
We can ship to over 30 international destinations with door-to-door delivery within 3-6 business days:

Before issuing the purchase order, RESIN PRO shall inform the Customer on the details of the planned shipment. After sending the order, if the Customer has provided his e-mail address, he will receive the confirmation e-mail with the tracking and link to trace the order.

Payment can be carried out by the following methods:
- Credit or stored-value Card;
- PayPal: pay with your PayPal account;
- Wire transfer: payment confirmation usually is received in a couple of days.
The prices published on www.resinpro.eu are to be understood as inclusive of current VAT but excluding shipping charges. Delivery costs for each order will be equal, regardless of size or weight of the parcel. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated at the conclusion of your order.
If RESIN PRO is unable to deliver the order in its entirety and more than one shipment is required, the Customer will not be charged for any additional shipping.

After submitting the order, if the Customer has provided his e-mail address, he will receive a confirmation e-mail. If for any reason RESIN PRO is unable to execute the order, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.
If RESIN PRO has already received payment for this order, RESIN PRO shall reimburse the amount concerned by using the same payment method chosen by the Customer. If, for any reason, different agreements are required, RESIN PRO will inform the Customer and ask them to contact RESIN PRO Customer Service, which will refund them.
The customer may cancel or return the order from the date of issue and up to 30 days after receipt of the ordered items. If the Customer has been charged the amount of the items, he will receive a refund including the standard shipping costs but excluding the costs possibly arising for returning the products to RESIN PRO, amounting to £ 4.95. If the customer decides to keep some items, thereby only partially cancelling the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the Customer wishes to cancel or return the order, he shall send RESIN PRO a communication (email) to email@example.com or complete and submit the standard form issued by the Consumer Rights Protection Authority; and return the goods to us as set out below in Returns section, within a period of 30 days.
RESIN PRO shall reimburse the amount paid by using the same payment method chosen by the Customer (or, if payment for the goods has not been made yet, it shall report the return of the items on the account summary) as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notification, provided that RESIN PRO has received the items or an evidence that the items have been sent to RESIN PRO. A different payment method may be used for the reimbursement, as long as the Customer agrees to such change; in any case, this will not entail additional costs.
RESIN PRO guarantees the refund on all returned items according to the section Withdrawal from the order, on condition that all items are returned in the same condition that they were sent. This means that the products must not have been opened, damaged, soiled, and that all labels and tags must be intact. Payment data can be inserted at the time of order, by using PAYPAL service or a valid credit/debit card (VISA or MasterCard). The amount payable will be immediately reserved on your card but will not be withdrawn until the items are shipped. RESIN PRO reserves the right to check the validity of the credit/debit card, the credit status in proportion to the order value and the correctness of the purchaser’s address. RESIN PRO is entitled to reject the order based on the results of such verifications.
None of the provisions contained herein limits or excludes the liability of RESIN PRO in any case where exclusions or limitations of liability would be contrary to law. RESIN PRO accepts responsibility in the event of death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or by negligence of its employees or agents. RESIN PRO does not exclude its liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us, our employees or our agents.
In case of violation of these Terms, RESIN PRO will be liable only for losses that constitute a reasonable and predictable consequence of such violation. RESIN PRO shall not be held responsible for any indirect losses arising as side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or opportunities; neither for the impossibility to deliver the goods or to fulfil our other obligations under these terms, whenever such failure is imputable to an event outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to fires, flooding, storms, rioting, civil disturbances, war, nuclear accident and terrorism. The total liability of RESIN PRO for any loss or damage connected with the order submitted on www.resinpro.it shall not exceed the price paid for the goods. If you have a problem with a product purchased from RESIN PRO online, and you have not solved such problem with RESIN PRO, you can submit your complaint to the EU online dispute resolution platform (the “ODR platform”).
The ODR platform provides consumers and professionals within the EU with the possibility to find an out-of-court solution to complaints arising from online purchases. The single-entry website is designed to be interactive and user-friendly, available in all EU official languages and free of charge. Through the ODR platform the consumer and the professional can contact a body responsible, and then try to find a solution to the dispute. The ODR platform is available here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
If the purchased goods have any defects, RESIN PRO will comply with all current warranty regulations. If the Customer wishes to lodge a complaint regarding an evident material or manufacture defect in the goods supplied by us, including any damage resulting from transport, the Customer is asked to notify it by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and immediately returning the goods to RESIN PRO.
RESIN PRO reserves the right to assign any credit position due and resulted from the delivery of goods, including any debit owed to third parties.
If any part of these Terms is found to be or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable under the law, this shall not affect in any way the validity, the enforceability or the legality of the remainder of these Terms.
