How to use Quarzo Pro

Prepare the resin
Mix the epoxy resin with its hardener according to the manufacturer’s recommended ratio.

Add Quarzo Pro
Gradually add the ultrafine quartz to the resin mixture, stirring slowly to avoid lumps.

Adjust the consistency
Add the product gradually until the desired viscosity is achieved:

• Low percentage (100% by weight): slightly thickened mixture
  Example: 1 kg resin + 1 kg Quarzo Pro
• High percentage (200% by weight): paste-like mixture for fillers and repairs
  Example: 1 kg resin + 2 kg Quarzo Pro

Mix thoroughly
Continue mixing until a smooth, homogeneous compound is obtained.

Apply
Apply with a spatula, trowel, or suitable tool depending on the application.

Curing
Curing time depends on the resin used and environmental conditions (temperature and humidity).
