Application Instructions:

1. Preparation: Mix POLI-SHIELD A with Catalyst B following the ratio of 100A + 10B by weight. Stir for at least 3 minutes until a uniform emulsion is achieved.

2. Application:

   • Brush/Roller: Apply a light first coat using 70-90 g/m². After 1-3 hours, apply the main coat using 100-120 g/m².
   • Spray: Dilute with Poli Shield Thinner at 10-15% to achieve the desired fluidity. Proceed as above.

3. Drying Time: The surface will be dust-free after about 3 hours, can be handled after 24 hours, and reaches maximum hardness after 72 hours.

Important Note:

If more than 24 hours pass between coats, lightly sand with 320-grit sandpaper. Maximum scratch resistance is achieved about 3 days after full catalysis.
