Liquid Mold 5 – Silicone for Ultra-Soft Molds and Fine Details

Liquid Mold 5 is the softest silicone rubber in the ResinPro® range, designed to create flexible molds with high detail fidelity. Ideal for applications in jewelry, miniatures, prosthetics, scenic effects, complex artistic models, and delicate resin or wax elements.

Compatible with: epoxy resin, polyurethane, wax, plaster, and lightweight materials.

Shore A hardness of 5±2, perfect for projects requiring high flexibility and the ability to conform to complex undercuts.

✔️ PERFECT DETAIL REPRODUCTION
Controlled viscosity (Part A: 12000±2000 mPa.s) ensures smooth pouring without trapping air bubbles.

✔️ RECOMMENDED USES

Usage Instructions for the Liquid Mold Line

Mixing:
Mix Part A and Part B in the indicated weight ratio (100:3 or 100:2).
Use a clean container and stir slowly to prevent air bubbles.

Pouring:
Pour the silicone from a fixed point, allowing the material to flow naturally into the mold.
Degassing is recommended for complex or detailed projects.

Curing:
Let the material rest undisturbed for the indicated time at 25°C.

Mold Maintenance:
Clean the mold with lukewarm water and mild soap after use.
Store in a dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
