Liquid Mold 40 – Silicone for Industrial and Durable Molds
Description
Description
Liquid Mold 40 is the ideal silicone rubber for industrial molds and technical applications requiring high rigidity and durability. It is suitable for laboratory equipment, research tools, decorative stones, technical bricks, industrial molds, and projects that demand chemical resistance and dimensional stability.
Compatible with: concrete, plaster, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, cement, composite materials, and chemical resins.
✔️ SUPERIOR RESISTANCE
With a Shore A hardness of 38±2, it ensures repeated use and resistance to aggressive materials.
✔️ ROBUST DESIGN
Its high viscosity (Part A: 24000±2000 mPa.s) ensures better dimensional stability of the mold.

Application Instructions (for the entire Liquid Mold line)
Mixing:
-
Mix Part A and Part B in the recommended weight ratio (100:3 or 100:2).
-
Use a clean container and stir slowly to avoid air bubbles.
Pouring:
-
Pour the silicone from a single fixed point, allowing the material to flow naturally into the mold.
-
Degas (optional) to remove trapped air – recommended for complex projects.
Curing:
-
Let the material rest undisturbed at room temperature (25°C) for the indicated curing time.
Mold Maintenance:
-
Clean the mold with lukewarm water and mild soap after use.
-
Store in a dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
With Liquid Mold, every project finds its perfect silicone!
