Usage Guide:

Preparation:

1. Pre-weigh the mixtures and cut the quadriassale fabric according to the mold dimensions.
2. Apply a gel coat of 1-2 mm on the mold and wait for it to become dry to the touch but not completely dry.

Application:

1. Use approximately 1.75 kg of mixture per square meter for each mm of thickness.
2. Create a mixture of material and apply a thin layer to wet the back of the gel coat.
3. Lay the first layer of quadriassale fabric on the fresh gel coat and apply more material to ensure complete saturation of the fabric.

Laminating:

1. Set aside a portion of the mixture, adding 3-5% by weight of coarse chopped strand (13 mm) and mix.
2. Brush the mixture onto the mold and apply a second layer of quadriassale fabric.
3. Use any remaining material to complete the lamination.

Curing:

1. Leave the panel in the mold for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
2. For flat panels, add ribs to the back to enhance strength.
3. After demolding, place the object in a warm, dry environment. Curing time varies from 24 to 48 hours depending on thickness.
