Chemical Resistance

EASY FLOOR is resistant to many chemical agents, including:
inorganic acids (except hydrofluoric acid), bases, water-based salts, acidic and alkaline detergents, hydroxides, sulfates, and nitrates.

Substrate Preparation

Concrete: Surface must be clean, sound, and free from contaminants that may impair adhesion. Repairs should be carried out with suitable mortars.
Cracks: Seal static cracks with MAGELSTIC; dynamic cracks must be evaluated on site.
Resin coatings: Mechanically sand with diamond pads and clean thoroughly before application.

Application

• Minimum application temperature: +10°C
• Maximum application temperature: +35°C
• Maximum relative humidity: 80%
• Application method: Short-haired roller or spray application, using cross-rolling to ensure uniform finish.
• Primer: EASY FLOOR diluted 25% with clean water.
• Second coat: EASY FLOOR diluted 20% with clean water.

Finishing Options

• Anti-slip: Add 5% quartz sand.
• Clear protective topcoat: Recommended for strong colors or heavy-traffic areas.

Curing Times

• Foot traffic: 18–24 hours
• Light traffic: 36–48 hours
• Heavy traffic: 72 hours

• VOC: Compliant with EU regulations (category A/j, max. 140 g/L)
• REACH: Compliant with European standards
• Tool cleaning: With water immediately after use

Warnings

• Do not apply on unstable or improperly prepared substrates
• Protect from water and weather for the first 24 hours
• Avoid partial mixing—ensure complete homogenization
• Do not dilute with organic solvents
