Strong and Durable

The ABS-Like Pro 2 resin builds upon the exceptional tensile and flexural strength of its previous formula, enhancing performance in terms of toughness. With over a 100% increase in break resistance, printed models are stronger and more durable. This new formulation is ideal for printing high-strength and high-toughness models, including structural parts, industrial prototype components, and fixtures.

High Precision

With an even lower shrinkage rate, the risk of warping is reduced. Achieve high-level accuracy and showcase sharp, vivid details in your prints.

High Fluidity

The low viscosity and high fluidity reduce curing time and facilitate smoother printing. This resin allows for quick backflow, minimizing the risk of detachment during printing. Additionally, adhesion to the build plate is improved, effectively reducing the chances of print failures.

Low Odor

Featuring a low-odor, non-irritating composition, Anycubic ABS-Like PRO 2.0 creates an optimal printing environment. Its formulation significantly reduces volatile organic compounds, making it an eco-friendly and environmentally conscious choice.

Optimized and Upgraded

The ABS-Like Pro 2 resin has undergone special improvements to increase color saturation and richness in printed models.

Instructions for Use

(1) Before Use:

  • Shake the liquid resin before use.
  • Clean the resin tank and the printing platform to keep the bottom of the resin tank clear for light transmission.

(2) During Use:

  • Unscrew the cap and pour the resin into the tank according to the equipment specifications.
  • Select the correct printing parameters and settings.

(3) After Use:

  • After printing, use appropriate post-processing tools, including a blade, diagonal pliers, tweezers, containers, and gloves.
  • Cleaning solution: use ethanol (≥95%), lactate, or isopropyl alcohol.

(4) Post-Processing Steps:

  • A. Remove the printed model from the platform using a blade.
  • B. Immerse the model in the cleaning solution, rinse, or ultrasonic wash, then remove and let it dry. The use of ANYCUBIC washing and curing machines is recommended for better results.
  • C. Perform proper finishing such as removing supports, sanding, painting, etc.

Precautions:

  • The ideal condition for storing uncured resin is in a cool, dark place at room temperature, protected from light, to avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight.
  • The recommended operating temperature is 18-35°C, and very low temperatures may affect the print quality. Preheating the resin (no more than 60°C) can help. If the resin pigment settles, shake or stir it before use.
  • To ensure resin performance, remove the model promptly after cleaning to prevent it from soaking in water for extended periods.
  • To maintain the mechanical properties of the model, perform post-print curing immediately after cleaning and drying.
  • For optimal curing material performance, control the intensity and duration of the light source during post-curing. Recommended steps:
    1. Mercury lamp or LED light source intensity: 5-10 mW/m², with a duration of no more than 1 hour (self-adjustment).
    2. Sunlight exposure time (in summer): about 1 hour.
    3. Avoid prolonged exposure to high-intensity light sources such as high-power mercury lamps.
    4. It is recommended to print in a dark room or cover the resin with a lid during printing as it is a photosensitive material.

P.S.: Material properties may vary depending on the printing equipment, post-curing method, and testing equipment. For safety information, please consult the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) of this product. If you encounter issues during use, feel free to contact us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the piece be sanded once cured (i.e., polished with abrasive or refined with water sandpaper)?
Yes, it can. Use very fine-grain sandpaper, making sure the resin is fully cured. Resin cannot be washed with water, but you should use alcohol for cleaning. The resin is highly harmful to aquatic environments, so avoid releasing residues and properly dispose of everything according to your local regulations.

Does this resin have a flexible finish?
Anycubic resin is recommended for printing miniatures or models because it is more flexible and impact-resistant, especially for smaller and thinner parts.

Does ABS-Like resin allow light to pass through at a thickness of 2mm?
If you need a model where light does not pass through, it is recommended to print with a thickness of at least 3mm.
